**Futures Evaluation Rules (High Level):**
- One-step evaluation (no Phase 2)
- Best day <= 40% of total profits
- Minimum 3 trading days
- 60-day maximum time limit to pass
- At least 1 trade per week
- Hedging is not permitted, including same-instrument, correlated-instrument, and coordinated cross-trader hedging
- Reasonable scaling and averaging are allowed; excessive martingale-style trading may trigger an account review
- Scalping trades held for 5-30 seconds are allowed
- HFT-style trading is not permitted; accounts may be paused for review when more than 10% of trades are opened and fully closed within two seconds
